Overview

This interactive, four-hour workshop equips regional, rural and remote (RRR) emergency clinicians with the strategic tools and leadership frameworks needed to champion resource equity and patient safety in their communities. Through case studies and practical exercises participants will master communication strategies to influence hospital executives, leverage local data for systematic change and effectively navigate the unique political and resource constraints for RRR healthcare delivery.
